The matching T-shirts I bought for my husband and I are made from a nice thick T-shirt material - not those flimsy ones. Delivery Info & Return Policy
Useful information about delivery and returns
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our location or ship them directly to your doorstep. We manufacture by order and do not have stock on hand, thus PLEASE NOTE the lead time on the products you have ordered.
We use the best couriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. Delivery times vary depending on your order, usually between 2-3 working days (please keep the lead time into consideration).
Free shipping on all orders of R1000 and above.
It is up to you as the customer to ensure that your selected size is correct before placing your order. If you feel unsure feel free to ask. Please note that our Sizing Chart is just an estimate. Feel free to contact us to prevent unnecessary fees associated with returns.
However, in the circumstances that your item does not fit, please contact us on neilia.apparel@gmail.com within 7 days after delivery. In the event of incorrect sizing the return will be on the client’s account.
Returns must be in new, unworn condition, in the state you received them and made within 7 days from delivery otherwise money will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. All SALE and LIMITED EDITION items are final sale items.
